بازیکن خوش آتیه شهر دیلم قرارداد همکاری خود با باشگاه دینامیک ماردین ترکیه را امضا کرد تا اولین والیبالیست بوشهری باشد که در باشگاه ترکیه بازی خواهد کرد.
این تیم در لیگ دسته یک ترکیه که در دو گروه ۱۲ تیمی قرار گرفته حضور دارد که شنبه ۱۹ مهرماه اولین بازی خود را انجام خواهند داد.
محمد علی پیران متولد شهر گناوه ولی بزرگ شده شهر دیلم است. وی بازیکن تیم ملی والیبال جوانان ایران و در سال ۲۰۱۵ در مسابقات قهرمانی جهان مکزیک، نائب قهرمانی امیدهای غرب آسیا با تیم ملی جوانان ایران را کسب کرد.
بازی در تیم عقاب نهاجا در لیگ برتر، قهرمانی جوانان ایران با تیم پیکان تهران و کسب عنوان موثرترین بازیکن لیگ جوانان کشور در سال ۱۳۹۴، قهرمانی امیدهای کشور سال ۹۶ و کسب عنوان بهترین بازیکن مسابقات، نائب قهرمانی دسته یک بزرگسالان کشور با دلیران دشتی و بازیکن شهرداری قزوین را در کارنامه ورزشی خود دارد.
حضور موثر و بازی های با کیفیت تیم ملی والیبال ایران در تورنمت‌های مختلف از جمله لیگ جهانی توانسته والیبالیست‌های ایرانی را به دنیا بشناساند و درخواست همکاری باشگاه‌های اروپایی را برای آنان فراهم کند.
